Q-Services Sdn Bhd believes that quality service is achieved through a workforce that is well-trained, skilled, and ethical. Therefore, we strive to ensure that every employee reaches their true potential.
Each employee is provided with basic training before commencing work. Advanced and refresher training sessions are conducted from time to time, in line with operational needs as well as developments in staff capabilities and cleaning technologies.
To ensure more effective training, we provide training slides and training videos, in addition to work manuals and posters on effective cleaning methods for staff reference.
Three books written by our Managing Director, Noruddin Haji Idris, and published by the Malaysian Association of Cleaning Contractors (MACC), are also used as reference materials by our operations staff. The books are Teknik Mencuci Bangunan, Penyeliaan Kerja Cucian Bangunan, and Dollar & Sense.
