History
We have been providing quality cleaning services to clients since 1993 under Q Services, a sole proprietorship. Our growth has been encouraging with sales increasing from RM 158,000 in the first year to more than a million in 1998. The key to our success is our commitment to continuously improve on service quality to maximize customers satisfaction. When we formed Q-Services Sdn Bhd in October 1997, we continued with the same commitment. Our commitment was formally acknowledge with ISO 9002 certification in 1999, followed by ISO 9001 : 2000 certification in 2003.
